Customers may purchase a limit of two tickets per session.
If you are unsure whether your order was successful, please check your inbox for your confirmation email from Humanitix.

All ticket sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for this event unless cancelled by the organiser.

If you have not received your ticket, please check your spam or junk folder and search for “Humanitix”.
Tickets are attached to your confirmation email and can also be accessed through the Humanitix order portal using the email used to purchase.

If you bought multiple tickets, you may forward the tickets to friends or update attendee details through your confirmation email.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please review the order summary in your confirmation email.
If something appears incorrect, please contact the event organiser for assistance via wow@wcosmetics.com.au.

If you need to update your contact or attendee details, please use the Edit Order link in your confirmation email or contact our support team.

Please refer to your ticket PDF or the event page for your session’s start and finish times.

Customers are allowed to change their visit date or time once per order. All changes must be requested via email to wow@wcosmetics.com.au and are subject to the availability of the new session. Customers are unable to make any ticket changes on their own through Humanitix, and our support team will action the ticket swap on their behalf.

We welcome high school students aged 12 and above to attend the event. However, they must either be accompanied by a guardian or have received parental permission prior to attending
