Galentine’s Day “Best Compliment” TikTok Competition

1. Promotion Name: Galentine’s Day Best Compliment Contest.
   
   
2. Promoter: W cosmetics (the “Promoter”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok.
   
   
3. Promotion Period:
   The competition commences at 12:00am AEDT on 4 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 12 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
   
   
4. Eligibility:
   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of W cosmetics and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
   
   
5. How to Enter:

   To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:

   1. Record and post a TikTok video giving a Galentine’s Day compliment message to a friend;
   2. Tag @wcosmetics and the friend the message is intended for in the TikTok post;
   3. Ensure both the entrant and the tagged friend are following @wcosmetics on TikTok at the time of entry and judging.

   Entries must be publicly viewable TikTok posts. Private accounts or posts will not be eligible.
   
   

6. Entry Requirements and Content Restrictions:
   1. The content must be original and created by the entrant.
   2. The content must not be offensive, defamatory, inappropriate, unlawful, or infringe on any third-party rights.
   3. W cosmetics reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these requirements.
      
      
7. Prize Details:

   There are five (5) winning entries.
   Each winning entry will receive two (2) Galentine’s Day prize packs (one for the entrant and one for the tagged friend).

   A total of ten (10) prize packs will be awarded. Each prize pack is valued at a minimum of AUD $200 and will contain a curated selection of products from brands including ANUA, AMUSE, DR.G, and SUNGBOON EDITOR.

   Product selection, shades, and specific items included in each prize pack are at the sole discretion of W cosmetics and subject to availability. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
   
   

8. Winner Selection (Game of Skill):

   Winners will be selected on 13 February 2026 by the W cosmetics team based on creativity, originality, and suitability to the theme. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
   
   

9. Winner Announcement and Notification:

   Winners will be announced on TikTok via the @wcosmetics account and contacted via TikTok direct message from @wcosmetics only.
   If a winner does not respond within 5 days, W cosmetics reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
   
   

10. Prize Delivery:

    Prizes will be sent via post to Australian addresses provided by the winners.
    
    

11. Use of Content:

    By entering, entrants grant W cosmetics a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, repost, share, and publish their TikTok content across W cosmetics’ marketing channels, including social media, website, paid advertising, and email marketing.
    
    

12. General Conditions:
    1. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    2. W cosmetics reserves the right to verify entries and entrants.
    3. Personal information will be handled in accordance with W cosmetics’ Privacy Policy.
    4. W cosmetics reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if required.

1) Newsletter Sign-Up (Get $10 Off Your First Order)

1. This offer is only available to select eligible new customers who are subscribed to our newsletter.
2. This offer is only valid for online purchases.
3. Discount code is valid for one-time use only per customer.
4. This offer can be combined with product, order, and shipping discounts.
5. This offer does not apply to Canmake products.
6. Discount cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred.

2) In-store Benefits

Membership discounts including Loyalty system and birthday discounts apply when customers make eligible purchases of products and services from our stores.

1. Loyalty System

• Loyalty customers earn 3% credits of the retail price of every transaction through in-store shopping. (E.g. Spend $100 can earn 3 credits.)
• The 3% credits can only be earned through purchasing full-price items only. If one transaction includes both full-price and discounted items, credits will only be calculated for the full-price item.
• Spending store credits can be applied on both full-price and discounted items.
• Customers can spend their loyalty points without a minimum threshold.

2. Birthday Discount

• $10 off on the birthday when the customer spends $50 or more. The discount will only be applied on the exact date of the customer's birthday and for one-time use only. The discount only applies to full-price products. 
• The cashier serving is responsible for checking the customer’s ID to ensure that their date of birth matches their membership details.

3) Faulty or Defective Item Returns

All refunds and exchanges need to be made within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by valid proof of purchase in the form of the original receipt.

We offer the following options:

• A replacement for the faulty or defective product.
• Store Credit to customers.

4) Return and Exchange Policy

All refunds and exchanges need to be made within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by valid proof of purchase in the form of the original receipt.

1. NO refund or exchange for undergarments due to hygiene reasons

    

2. NO refund or exchange on discounted products due to a defect or issue that was disclosed at point of sale

a. Change of Mind

We do not accept any refunds due to a *change of mind; we do provide:

• An exchange for an alternative item
• Store Credit (For members only)

Conditions for change of mind returns:

• The item must be in its original, unopened, and resalable condition.
• Sets or multi-item packs must be returned in full.
• The product must be in original packaging, including wrapping and box.

b. Store Credit

Store credit can be issued to customers if the exchange process cannot be completed. (1 store credit equals 1 AUD)

c. Allergic Reactions

Allergic reactions as the reason for a refund will only be accepted if there is no tester available in the store. However, if there was a tester available in store, exchanges could still be provided for allergic reactions. A medical certificate is preferred for any allergic reaction but not mandatory.

5) Your Account

You will need to register an account with us to use our online purchasing service. You will need a valid email address/username and password for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. You agree to provide only accurate, truthful information.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our best interests to do so.
