Numbuzin No.1 Pure-Full Calming Herb Toner with 93% concentrated herbal extracts rebalances skin and controls excessive sebum for a clear skin texture.

How to use:

After cleansing the skin, soak a cotton pad with the No.1 Toner and dispense it to your palms. Apply from the inner to the outer part of the face. It may be used every other day.
